Refund Policy and Right of Withdrawal
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants)

Custom-made products (special orders or personalized items)

Personal care products (such as beauty products)
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the European Union
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be sent back in a condition suitable for resale, together with their original packaging, accessories, and any items included with delivery.
The customer is responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the product.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If ColorCrushCreation provides a prepaid return label, the related cost will be communicated before the return is processed and may be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Defective Items or Incomplete Orders

After verification, any item confirmed as defective will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost to the customer.
Print-on-Demand and Custom-Made Products
Products that are custom-made, personalized, or produced on demand specifically for the customer cannot be returned or exchanged once production has started, except in the event of:
