We strive to offer you the best shipping options, wherever you are. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process your orders.

 

Processing Times

 

We process orders within 1 to 2 business days.

 

Delivery Times

 

In metropolitan France, our delivery time is between 1 to 5 business days.

The times communicated at checkout are for informational purposes.

For international orders, please allow a few additional days depending on your destination. The delivery times for major destinations are:

  • Belgium: 3 to 5 business days

  • Germany: 3 to 6 business days

  • Switzerland: 5 to 8 business days

Delivery times are confirmed at checkout, just before you finalize your order.

If you do not receive your item within 30 days and no delivery attempt has been made, we will fully refund your purchase without requiring you to return the item.

 

Shipping Costs

 

Our shipping costs vary from country to country.

They are free in metropolitan France for orders over €100 and in most European countries for standard delivery.

 

Taxes and Customs Fees

 

There are no customs fees on orders delivered to a member country of the European Union*.

*A special tax regime applies to French overseas territories (DROM-COM and DOM-TOM); we cannot guarantee exemption from customs duties.

For countries outside the European Union, including Switzerland and the United Kingdom, customs fees may be requested. Customs fees amount to around €30 to €40, depending on the carrier.

In all cases where customs duties are applied, the final recipient is responsible for paying these fees. If they are not paid, the delivery cannot be completed, and we will deduct the shipping costs + an administrative fee of €25 from the order value before issuing a refund.

 

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking Number

 

An email will be sent to you with your tracking number and a tracking link once your order has shipped, which is within 1 to 2 business days after your order is confirmed.

 

Packages Returned to Sender

 

If a package is returned to us (e.g., refusal to accept the package, error in the delivery address), we will deduct €25 from the value of your purchase before a refund. These fees cover shipping, re-packaging, and restocking costs.

 

Damages

 

Colorcrushcreation is not responsible for products damaged or lost during transport. If you have received a damaged order, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

Please keep all packaging materials and damaged products before filing a claim.
